We are incredibly pleased to announce that Grandir UK is now a registered Level 1 Disability Confident employer.
This badge was awarded following our pledge to both the scheme’s five commitments and to offer supplementary activities which will make a real difference for disabled people.
These commitments, which include having an inclusive recruitment process and offering additional support to retain those with long-term health conditions, have been carefully designed to ensure workplaces are a comfortable, accessible place for all.
We are eager to continue to work toward achieving Level 2 of the scheme. Our organization is currently undergoing a self-assessment being tested against statements regarding the employment of disabled people. A review of our training procedure is also now underway.
