Our Support Office in Basingstoke, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning the promotion of the company’s products, brand and services in order to achieve growth. This is achieved by overseeing the company’s marketing activities and brand awareness including the overall outreach strategy.

What will you be doing:

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Director in achieving the overall company goals and objectives
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team and Recruitment Team to ensure the strategy is developed, implemented and integrated across all marketing disciplines
  • Develop dynamic and effective marketing plans for Grandir UK services to match customer requirements and maximise profits in line with the organisational budgets
  • Using a variety of tools, identify and analyse marketing outcomes to increase the efficiency of marketing activities, return on investment and to inform future marketing campaigns
  • In collaboration with the Customer Services Manager seek opportunities to maximise selling in order to meet organisational budgets
  • Support the customer lifecycle, through continuously striving to implement fresh and innovative promotions
  • Familiarity with development strategies such as SEO, social media and online content marketing
  • Work closely and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure information flows across multiple functions in order to guide decision-making
  • Work closely and liaise with external suppliers: agencies, designers, and printers on the creation of marketing material
  • Skills to analyse and monitor trends in the market and conducting market research and competitor analysis
  • Protect and promote the brand reputation
  • Lead a team of highly motivated marketing professionals, creating a positive workplace culture by embedding our organisations values to ensure high engagement
  • Maintain confidentiality in the workplace and set a good example in terms of dress and behaviour, maintaining the good reputation of the organisation at all times

Specification:

  • Demonstrable and relevant experience in a Marketing role within a B2B or B2C environment with a proven track record of developing plans which out-perform ROI
  • Educated to Degree level (or equivalent) in a Marketing related discipline or qualified by experience
  • A positive attitude with a strong appetite for organisational growth
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail and Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines
  • IT literate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A self-motivated starter-finisher
  • Very well organised and works well under pressure
  • Confident in nature
  • Able to adapt oneself to changing objectives and priorities
