Kiddi Caru Day Nursery Joins Chelsea Charity Street Party Fun
Staff from Kiddi Caru’s International day nursery in Earls Court will be attending this year’s Chelsea Charity Street Party on June 11th, to provide fun activities for visiting families from their stall and help raise money for the charity Ataxia UK.
To be added to the guest list for the Chelsea Street Party, people can drop into the nursery to donate a raffle prize, in return for which they will receive an invitation. All donations will be put into a central raffle to raise funds for Ataxia UK. The Kiddi Caru stall will include a craft station and a play sessions area, where families can book sessions to try out its range of all-inclusive activities such as sing and sign, music and movement, French, yoga, cooking and treasure basket play.
Ataxia is the name given to a group of neurological disorders that affect balance, coordination and speech. Ataxia UK is the leading national charity for people with ataxia, their families and carers. It provides support and also aims to find treatments and cures.
Helens Spinelli, Nursery Manager, explained: “We are very excited to be attending this year’s Chelsea Street Party, as not only is it a fun event but it also raises money for a very worthwhile cause. As well as lots of stalls there will be live music, boutiques, barbecues and street performers. To get onto the guest list people simply need to pop into the nursery and drop off their raffle prize – don't delay as it’s going to be a truly unmissable event!”
