Kiddi Caru Harlow Celebrate Lohri

We celebrated the Sikh festival of Lohri!  The children listened to traditional Indian music and danced around a pretend wooden fire using musical instruments and materials. Then, we all made a Lohri cards and coconut burfi. Followed by a homemade traditional meal for lunch. It was a wonderful experience to introduce the celebration and culture to some of our children and have others explain how they celebrate with their families at home.
