COVID-19 Childcare Provision Update

We can confirm our nurseries are open on Monday for children of critical workers and for those children deemed vulnerable, where staffing levels permit.

Due to the overwhelming number of self-declaration forms that have been received, we are now requesting that you print your forms at home and return them to your nursery management team at your child’s next attendance or email it directly to your child’s nursery using the email address which can be found here. This also applies to those that have already been completed and emailed yesterday to our Customer Services team.

If you are a critical worker and require extra sessions, please direct your request to your local nursery whereby they will be able to advice on availability.

If you have completed a self-declaration form and no longer need childcare, again please inform your nursery management team.

We appreciate that many of you still have questions regarding our CEO’s announcement last night and we would like to reassure you that our Head Office team are working hard over the weekend to collate all of your questions.
