The RSPB are hosting their annual Big Garden Birdwatch from 27th-29th January 2023, providing a wonderful learning opportunity for young children. The Big Garden Birdwatch is fun, free and you don’t need a garden to take part! Counting birds from your garden, balcony, or your local park will play a vital role in helping the RSPB to understand how UK birds are doing. Why not get outside and get involved this year with your little one?
Check our our top bird themed book recommendations below and use our pre-made UK bird spotting activity sheet to build excitement around the subject!
