Eco Schools

Eco schools operates in 70 countries and engages 19.5 million young people globally. This makes Eco-Schools the largest educational programme on the planet!

They provide an engaging programme that encourages children to drive change and improve environmental awareness in their nursery, local community and beyond.

After completing the Eco Schools Early Years seven step process, we can apply for Green Flag accreditation, which recognises, rewards and celebrates the environmental achievements of young people.

Letter and Sounds Phase One

This is an established Government programme that many schools continue to use as children progress into Phase Two and beyond.

Phase one is for preschool aged children and concentrates on developing children’s speaking and listening skills, phonological awareness and oral blending and segmenting.

The age and stage appropriate activities in Phase One support children to tune in, recall and discriminate sounds, paving the way for children to make a good start in reading and writing.

Boogie Mites School Ready & Mini Mites (2-3 years) programmes

Boogie Mites recognise the important link between music and movement and children’s early brain development.

Mini Mites supports the cognitive, physical and emotional development of the youngest children and the School Ready programme is specifically designed to link with the Government Letters and Sounds Phase One guidance.

Sing and Sign

Developed with the help of Speech and Language professionals and recommended by experts, the award winning Sing and Sign is Britain’s longest running and best loved baby signing programme

Signing benefits include:

  • Helping to understand a baby’s needs, thoughts and ideas
  • Reducing frustration, building confidence and self-esteem
  • Enhancing early vocabulary and understanding
  • Encouraging the development of speech
  • Stimulating intellectual and emotional development
