Toddlers putting their best feet forward for charity
Toddlers from Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Bedford put their best feet forward for the Barnardo’s Big Toddle. Now in its tenth year, the Toddle continues to be the biggest, brightest and best event for under 5’s, with thousands of children taking part in organised Toddles across the UK.
The tots completed the half-mile course around the nursery in fancy dress and even one of the grandparents joined in too.
All the children and staff at Kiddi Caru had a fun packed day and managed to raise over £100 for the Barnardo’s charity.
Children Graduate at Day Nursery
Pre-schoolers at Kiddi Caru Day Nursery in Bedford said farewell in style
with a graduation party.
Staff at the nursery organised a special send off for those starting primary school in the next coming months. The children enjoyed a special tea party and then an evening of dancing with a special guest appearance from Kiddi the Kangaroo.
Nursery Manager, Rachel Spence comments; ‘It was a sad day, some of the children have been at our nursery from a young age and we have seen them grow and develop as individuals. I am sure they will all enjoy school life and we hope from time to time they will pop in and see us.’
